EXPECTATIONS: We will digitally provide you with (3) or (6) "good photos" of your pet depending on your package choice. "Good photos" are defined by: a cute pose, silly outtakes, etc. We work hard to ensure your pet feels comfortable however some pets do not relax completely or may not sit perfectly still. While we value your pets safety, we are not responsible for tightening harnesses, collars, etc. We are also not responsible for insuring your pet's attire or leash matches the backdrop provided. Treats are provided for help with posing however if you have treats your pets prefer or dietary restrictions, feel free to bring them.
PET ATTIRE: Leashes, collars & harnesses may be shown in photos. Please plan accordingly.
EDITING STYLE: Please review @meag_smith on Instagram or @werehereforthedogs to ensure you are OK with the editing style. All photos are professionally edited in a brighter style.
PHOTO DELIVERY: All photos will be sent to you digitally at the email you provide during check in at the event. Photos are typically sent within ~7 days of your appointment. You have already paid for the digital download of your photo however if you wish to purchase physical prints this can be done through your gallery site.
WEATHER: This event is rain or shine. Please dress appropriately. We are unable to control the weather and as a result hues may vary in photos. In the event that the photos are held outdoors, we will do our best to mitigate the situation.
PAYMENT: Pre-Payment is required to secure your spot. If payment is not received or arrangements made with us upon booking, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Payment should be made via our website only, and you should NOT check paying for a goods or service.
REFUNDS: Pre-Payment for your spot is considered refundable up until 48 hours before the start of the event weekend. Cancellations must be written via email to hello@werehereforthedogs.org or text (860) 917-2036. Refunds will not be provided if you are unhappy with the editing or your photos in any way due to a personal preference.
LOCATION: This event is INSIDE a daycare facility. The location at times can be loud. Dogs & people will be present in the facility.
VACCINATIONS: Proof of Rabies & Distemper is required for this event. Please email hello@werehereforthedogs.org with your proof of vaccinations within 48 hours of booking. Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine is suggested however if your dog does not have this vaccine, a waiver can be signed.
OVERALL: By signing up for this event, you agree to the terms & conditions outlined above. You agree that we have complete creative control over the photos, backdrop, etc as needed. While we aim to please every pet owner that attends our event, we're not Pizza. We can't make everyone happy! Please remember that this is a fundraiser. Emphasis on FUN. The event is a cute way to capture a moment in time with your furry loved one.
